- My family is my life. I have the best husband in the world, ten children (including the three sons added by my daughters marrying)and six grandchildren. Everything else in my life just fits in around my family like sand around polished stones. I love poetry, words and good books. I love snow on the mountaintops and a crisp spring breeze.

Since you have all these wonderful pictures scanned in and everything. May I have the one of Oma and Opa posing in his military uniform? Thanks for sharing these.
I love seeing all these pictures from older days. Oma has always been so beautiful. You look a lot like her mom. You did a great job with this!
